You choose how to pay

You can choose between various payment methods – all of which are completely secure when you shop on our website:
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

If you choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard credit cards, payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Security: should checks show that the transaction is not secure, PHI will cancel the order

No credit card details, credit card numbers or financial or personal information is visible to PHI at any time during the purchasing process. When you confirm an order, this information is sent directly to the bank or finance company portal via a secure connection.

When you enter your credit card details, the bank is asked only for authorization to charge the credit card. In some cases, banks notify customers with an SMS. Receipt of the SMS does not mean that the card has been charged, only that the necessary ceiling has been secured for the purchase.

The credit card is not actually charged until the products are shipped. Purehomeideas confirms that the order has been transferred to the courier by sending a text message and an email to the number/email address specified by the customer in the order: it is not until this point, that the amount is charged to the credit card.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

PayPal is an online payment system that can be used by people who open an account with PayPal.
If you choose this option, after clicking “Submit order” you’ll be redirected to a PayPal website page where you can enter your email address and PayPal account password, in order to pay for your order. PayPal will send you a confirmation email each time you carry out a transaction using this method. The amount due for the order will be charged to your PayPal account when your order is accepted.

Before proceeding with payment, it is important that you receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted.
Under normal banking practice, the bank transfer will be credited to the beneficiary’s current account (Mares Marketing Srl) a minimum of 3/5 working days after it is made.

If your bank transfer has still not been credited to the above account 10 days after the date of acceptance of the order (the date on which you receive the order confirmation email) Mares Marketing Srl will cancel the order.
